Angels are everywhere, they do not always have to be celestial. I consider some people that do good things at random as angels sometimes. Of course, there are the REAL angels, no denying that.
They are among us more than people realize

STOPI think Angels are everywhere, not just celestial ones but good kind hearted humans as well.
"Angel" is an occupational designation within the Annunaki Empire. There are people who have volunteered for angelic duty from many races within the Empire.
We are blessed to see many people in the EOC with angelic qualities :)
