CHILDREN FOLLOW EXAMPLE NOT WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.

We see here how important it is for children to feel safe in the first years of their lives.
If we are not good parents we can change our children’s outcome for the rest of their lives. 
I always say just remember that what you do is what children follow. 
Never tell a child to do something, and you do not do it. 
Children do not listen to what you are telling them they are following your example for sure.

So please see that you give as much attention to your children as they need, and make them feel safe. 
Children who feel safe are happy grownup people.
