Direct experiences develop fundamental skills that reinforce learning, allowing in turn to learn something new to face situations of everyday life and through them we are trained to evolve.

These experiences can take place, in closed spaces, in the open air or in an area designed to carry out an assertive learning, generating a favorable impact that produces stimuli, becoming the most beneficial method that helps effective learning.


Direct experience in the room of riddles.

It provides the opportunity for a unique and enriching experience, which provides students with wisdom, understanding, tolerance, analytical skills, complements the practice of teamwork, allows the implementation of research strategies. And through the game, apart from having fun, they will learn what is necessary to apply it in daily life.

Participating in this activity of riddles draws attention and favors, creating confidence and stimulating all the senses to reach the goal, which is to pass all the tests.


Objectives of direct experience.

Role of the educator, so that the experience in the riddle room is successful.

The educator must explain clearly what the enigma dynamics are about. In addition to being a game, it is about learning in the most fun and innovative way, supporting each other to complete a task, and that it is necessary to be part of the investigation, because if someone stays behind, everyone will do it.

They must understand that they will experience a real situation, from which they must try to get out and that it is important to remain united in all the circumstances or adversities encountered.

Let them know, that the imagination is one of the main points to solve the riddles that are in the room. They will be evaluated in each of the strategies they will put into practice.


Learning and fun activities in the guessing room.

A game activity becomes a deep learning, full of suspense and fun, where students will be the protagonists, giving the best of themselves, to emerge victorious.

Activities:

Room of riddles. It must be explained in detail, what the place is about and that it has a series of decodable tracks. The activity will be done in groups, depending on the number of existing students. They will be chosen at random by the educator, so that they understand that working in a group is essential.

They will have to look for objects, decipher codes or riddles, and be attentive because there will be a time limit to solve the riddles.

Your only support will be a series of clues, in case you need them to move forward. For example, there may be three (03) tracks and when they run out, they will be on their own.

When a riddle is achieved, you will find notes that will take you to the next point where you should continue with the investigation.


Discovery by lights. Students must be fast and smart to discover clues. There are rooms where special lights are used, which must find out how and where to use them to find, solve and move to the next level. Once the information is collected, this gives them more advantage and enthusiasm, managing to develop their senses and at the same time give way to reasoning.


Decodable doors. When finding the track that takes them to the door, it is necessary that they look for the combination that opens the door for the next step throughout the room.

They should look around and see the least that there is and that will provide the codes for the series that opens the lock.


Solve and find the track through Sudoku. The basic knowledge in mathematics will be put in place to solve in a simple way what is placed, to continue advancing without losing time. There are many people in the room, so it will be easy for teamwork to solve the task.

It is important to have a sense of what is taught in the classroom, so that these challenges strengthen learning.


The union of words. Easy and simple, you just have to know how to read correctly and assemble the tracks quickly. The words can be in any language, and for that they will have dictionaries in all the languages to say the word correctly and to finish the game.

These activities can be carried out in classrooms specially designed for this purpose, modifying them to the reason they want to give, learn. They can include topics of science, biology, chemistry, mathematics or any other that is to the liking of the educator, there are no limits for the amount of riddles.

The rooms or houses of riddles exist in different parts of the world, and you can attend with school or family groups and have a nice time, reinforcing the learning.


Activities to do in the classroom once the direct experience has ended.

The opinion of the students is important, for this reason, you should always know what they think about the direct experience.

Would you repeat a moment like this again?
How did you feel when you discovered the riddles in the room?
Have you developed something new through this activity?

It is necessary to create work dynamics in groups, as debates to verify if the direct experience strengthened that link in the students, in which the research topics are shared and each one is responsible and contributes an acquired knowledge.


Learning through play activities is a determining resource, which in this case reinforces and develops skills, creates discipline and helps group work.
