I think that children will not resist to want to eat this delicious recipe, now I share the procedure of the dish.

That's why the easy cooking school presents them with several alternatives to give them the meals they often do not want to eat.

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Semi hard cheese
  • Tomato for sauce
  • Onion
  • Peppers
  • Garlic in grain
  • Parsley
  • Spices
  • Bread crumbs
  • Long spaghetti

The first thing we should do is prepare all the ingredients to make the sauce that will take the stuffed meat balls.

We put in a pot with enough water, tomatoes, are cooked for a few minutes, this is so that the skin can take off more easily, then we take it to a blender and dilute them to form a puree with them.

We are going to season and assemble the meat balls stuffed with cheese, add the spices and all the vegetables that we have finely cut, knead together with the meat and start making the meat balls, do not forget to place the piece of cheese inside the meat ball.

Once I added the bread crumbs to the meat, I realized that I needed a beaten egg, and I decided to put it in the mixture so that the meat balls would compact better and not fall once placed in the sauce. But this is opcion, if you want to add this well and if not, likewise they would be very good.

Egg Nutrients:

Vitamins such as A, B2, B12, D and E can be found in the egg and will provide much of the recommended daily amounts. The same happens with minerals: Phosphorus, Selenium, Iron, Iodine and Zinc

We proceed to assemble the meat balls stuffed with cheese:

Once ready and armed, we proceed to seal them, put them in a pan with enough oil and brown them for a few minutes before bringing them to the cooking in their tomato sauce.

Now let's prepare the tomato sauce where the stuffed meatballs go, first in a pot we put them to fry the dressings, and add the tomato that was already liquefied and reserved, this is the base of the sauce, we have sewn for a few minutes and then add the meat balls.





Once the meat balls have been introduced into the sauce, add a tablespoon of sugar and let it cook for about an hour over medium high heat.
