Now we proceed to the explanation of the development of this delicious jelly:

  • Place in a container the gelatin according to the indications of the box you have in your hands, to put it to dilute in hot water.

  • Once diluted, place a small portion of it and put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to medium harden, this will be to place the peaches and they stay firm and do not fall and we can form the flower with them.

  • Now we proceed to prepare the white gelatin step by step.

  • In the blender place all the other ingredients, yogurt, milk, cream, flavorless gelatin and sugar.

  • We already have the white jelly, now we only have to go layer by layer, one white and one peach, until we finish with the mixture, then refrigerate for three hours minimum and unmold the gelatin and this is the result.
