Los niños cuando están empezando su desarrollo se expresan y sienten a través del cuerpo, por tal motivo es importante que desde temprana edad los padres sirvan de guía para que ellos aprendan a conocer, y explorar todas las partes de su cuerpo. Las partes del cuerpo, es un tema muy común que imparten los padres y profesores consientes e inconscientemente , ya que este tema abarca la identificación de la anatomía, la importancia del cuidado personal, y actividades básicas como ir al baño, entre otros. Importance of teaching the parts of the body to children.

Importancia de enseñar las partes del cuerpo a los niños.
Es importante que los niños además de conocer su cuerpo, aprendan a cuidarlo y respetarlo, desde los aspectos físicos e internos. Como por ejemplo Enseñarles las capacidades de sus manos pero de igual manera que deben lavarla, lo fundamental de los dientes y que deben cepillarlos, que el corazón es un órgano de importante funcionamiento dentro del organismo y también las formas de cuidarlo con ejercicio y alimentación.
El niño debe entender que gracias a cada parte de su cuerpo es capaz de caminar, saltar, jugar, comer o realizar cualquier actividad que desee. Mediante la utilización de su cuerpo, el niño llega a diferenciarse de los demás y a relacionar sus movimientos con los efectos que causan. Según va descubriéndose, también va percatándose de cómo puede actuar en su ambiente y se dirige a las personas y a las cosas de forma selectiva y diferenciada.
Es a través de la expresión corporal como los pequeños nos desvelan sus estados de ánimo y sus experiencias, además de la confianza que tienen depositada en sí mismos y en sus propias posibilidades. Con actividades de conocimiento corporal serán capaces en un determinado tiempo de cuidarse a sí mismo, como bañarse solos y comer solos, por mencionar algunas de las actividades.
