Mental health is the tranquility that exists between the physical and the spiritual. Having harmony with the environment, the process of mental capacity is involved, it is essential to discern to make rational decisions.
La salud mental es la tranquilidad que hay entre lo físico y lo espiritual. Teniendo armonía con el entorno, se envuelve el proceso de capacidad mental, se hace imprescindible el discernir para tomar decisiones racionalmente.
Mental health is an issue that we have to take care of and cultivate every day. This being the ability of people to interact with each other, and with the environment. It is the way to promote the welfare of each person as well as the development and optimal use of psychological potential.
La salud mental es un tema que nos corresponde cuidar y cultivar todos los días. Siendo esta la capacidad de las personas para interactuar entre si, y con el medio ambiente. Es el modo de promover el bienestar de cada persona así como el desarrollo y el uso optimo de las potencialidades psicológicas.
Undoubtedly mental health is important to have a balance between the body and emotions. Therefore, strategies that serve short and long-term should be incorporated, such as: have emotions that do not please, but despite that, those adversities are overcome.
Sin lugar a dudas la salud mental es importante para tener un equilibrio entre el cuerpo y las emociones. Por ello se debe incorporar estrategias que sirvan a corto y a la largo plazo, como por ejemplo: tener emociones que no agraden, pero que a pesar de eso, se superan esas adversidades.
How to take care of mental health?
¿Cómo poder cuidar la salud mental?
- Be attentive to everything that happens around us to respond effectively to others.
- Always looking for well-being, since it is the fundamental principle of calmness.
- Respect for others.
- Solidarity.
- Psychological and physical exercises.
- Avoid work stress.
- Enjoy life.
- Feel good about yourself.
- Healthy relationships with those around you.
- Balanced feeding.
- Find a purpose in life, in what way? Helping others, that will make you feel good and, therefore, have a positive impact.
- Estando atento a todo lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor para responder con efectividad ante los demás.
- Siempre buscando el bienestar, ya que es el principio fundamental de estar tranquilo.
- Respeto por el prójimo.
- Solidaridad.
- Ejercicios psicológicos y físicos.
- Evitando el estrés laboral.
- Disfrutar la vida.
- Sentirse bien consigo mismo.
- Relaciones saludables con quienes te rodean.
- Comer sano.
- Encontrando un propósito en la vida, ¿de qué manera?. Ayudando a otros, eso lo hará sentir bien y por ende repercute de manera positiva.
How mental health can be affected.
¿De qué manera se puede ver afectada la salud mental.
Certainly there are problems that people, have that make mental health not a functional element for their life and it has to do with performance in all our areas in which they have to develop day by day.
Ciertamente hay problemas que las personas tienen, que hacen que la salud mental no sea un elemento funcional para su vida y tiene que ver con el desempeño en todas nuestras áreas en las que se han de desenvolver día con día.
Mental health is necessary to live well. and it is an indicator that guides the person towards a global well-being. It is necessary to understand that the mental health of the educator is involved in the mental health of the students and this is an issue that involves us all.
La salud mental es necesaria para vivir bien. y es un indicativo que orienta a la persona a un bienestar global. Es necesario entender que la salud mental del educador, se ve implicada en la salud mental del educado y este es un tema que nos involucra a todos.

Why should the educator have good mental health?
¿Por qué el educador debe tener una buena salud mental?

Un educador que no esté en sano juicio de sus habilidades mentales, no puede impartir el conocimiento correcto al educando y por ende esto conlleva al alumno a un trastorno de la emociones. Perjudicando su entorno, tanto mental, físico e intelectual.

The educator gives us to know the good and the bad, and if his mental health is in conditions, the student will be a winner in what is proposed. The student is like a sponge, absorbs and learns to discard the bad.
El educador nos da a conocer lo bueno y lo malo, y si su salud mental está en condiciones el alumno será un vencedor en lo que se proponga. Ya que el alumno es como una esponja, que absorbe y es mejor que sea todo lo bueno, aprendiendo a desechar lo malo.

Cuan dañino es no estar en sano juicio de las facultades mentales, afectando a los que se encuentran alrededor. El educador debe ser evaluado por psicólogos para así poder ayudar al educando. No llevándolo a un vació interminable de problemas, del cual sería difícil salir.

¿De qué manera podemos vivir adecuadamente la salud mental?
To achieve mental health, it is necessary to trust in oneself, taking on the challenge of being a teacher with courage, since it plays the most important role of man, "educating" to train those who will follow the example to convert the others in winners.
Para lograr tener salud mentar es necesario confiar en si mismo, asumiendo el reto de ser maestro con valentía ya que juega el papel mas importante del hombre, "el educar" para formar a quien seguirá el ejemplo para convertir a otros en triunfadores.

Este artículo invita a reflexionar sobre un aspecto que a la vez es de suma importancia, pero poco tomado en cuenta a la hora, por ejemplo de escoger un docente para una institución pública o privada. Es una buena idea el realizar al candidato a docente evaluaciones psicológicas que permitan dar una imagen general de la salud mental de la persona.
