And every night we sleep 5 cycles, which is 7.5 hours and a half, then we get up very well.

Stage 4 is when our body is in complete rest. So, when awakened, all the organs must react immediately.

At this time the organs are not prepared to return to normal.

So whether you sleep from 10 pm to the morning, 8 hours or more, you are still tired as usual.

How can you sleep well?

  • Get enough sleep. That means we have to sleep five full cycles

  • Wake up at the right time. That is, we have to wake up to the intersection between the end of stage 5 and the beginning of stage 1.

Now the organs in our body are ready to start up again.

If you wake up at this time of the day, you will feel great, not tired at all.

How to sleep less without being tired

For example, last night you go to bed at 1am, and you have to wake up before 6 am. So how do that with feeling tired.

This formula will help you accurately calculate the exact time, the interference point of the end of phase 5 and the beginning of phase 1.

14 minutes is the time you have estimated from lying down to entering the first stage.

For example, I now calculate the waking time as follows: The time to sleep is 22pm, the time will be 5.44pm.

Another example is that we sleep at 1am but in the morning we have to wake up before 6am to finish work. How do we do it?

A perfect night cycle is 5 but can range from 3 to 6.

So let's suppose we sleep three cycles, according to the following formula we will be waking up is 5.44 am.
