EVERY SCHOOL HAS THEIR BULLIES
In every school you will find bullies.
Normally they are children who have big problems of their own, and they do not know how to handle it.
It is sad, because they are not changing their problems they are just making it worse.
But it is important that if you are being bullied you must put a stop to it.
It is not nice being scared of going to school.
These days we even have bullies online.
I am putting a video in here to help you understand how to handle it.
It is very important to find someone who you trust, a grownup or a coach.
Sometimes they are too busy to see what is happening. If you tell them they will definitely help you out, and maybe even help the bully to overcome their problem.
School years should be wonderful and everyone should enjoy them because time passes so fast.
They will not change when they are grown up if someone does not help the bully as well.
Life is short and all should care for one another.
Even if you do not know that person and see that he or she is being bullied it is important to help.
