HERO'S COME IN DIFFERENT FORMS
We should teach children that hero’s come in different forms.
This is the story of the first dog to get a rank in the U.S. army.
It all started in the form of a stray dog that walked into a field where he found an owner.
The whole story is wonderful because he actually learned everything by himself.
The soldiers named him Stubby and he was there to help them through the war.
He even nearly died from mustard gas that the Germans developed.
Fortunately he survived and could smell the gas coming before the soldiers.
He would then warn them and they could put their gas masks on.
He even caught German soldiers because he did not understand the language and he knew they were the enemy.
