This is a wonderful story of one man who is helping people stop the desert.
They all thought he was crazy. He was not.
His people are learning from him and he teaches them to make holes for planting so that when it rains, they stop the water from running away and it is staying in the hole that he taught them to make.
He started with nothing and he is not a learned man but what he did is incredible.
It is important to make the water stay where you want it, they even started adding rocks between the holes.
This also helps the rain from not just running away.
He must be very bright because he had no training and came up with this brilliant idea.
Many towns and young people have been helped by his idea.
