Preface

We knew that students always needed our guidance as their teacher, in this case all the guidance pointed to make them more well performed in all their educational potentials. Since this case became as the main issues within school, teachers laready tries their best through implementing the following special methods, techniques, strategies during their tesching learning time.

As students didn't stated in similar potentials background, teacher needed to improvised their works time to time to come-over this situation, beside we already knew that methods, techniques, strategies already applied in all the ways they performed on classroom activities, and this kind of thing sometime will lead students to bored or even more worst, while if they (teacher) didn't provided an alternatives ways within certain methods, or etc.

The best ways to identify in what was students reached their achievement is by having or taking a note/report/observing and etc which is holded by teachers itself. Since this way come as an ordinary work from teachers, we need to go beyond more in applying those ways (Note/Report & etc.) It is not like paper report that inform all the score students achieved, but its more like diary, a special book that only students itself holded, yup! The suit called let say it as student school diary.

Student school diary is significant different from their report paper on annual or per semester gained. This is about how they reached certain object learning such as match, physics, & etc. Why not, teachers giving some out-line or mission to reached which is told to their students, guide them to write down on their students school diary beside they also can write everything they felt or experienced during the classroom activities at their home.

Student School Diary (SSD) is another alternative that will help student in their comprehend and understanding through every subject/lesson beside they can also express their feels within.

Student school diary can be used on multiple functional cases, by teacher guidance as the leader, student will follow the procedure on how, what, where, why, when to write within. We know that the paper report is the whole achievement that student reached persemeste/annual. Beside, this school student diary is about their Target/Goal closed to their mapping plan on following certain lesson/subject/project. Beside they express their experience during the classroom activity, eg. Impression, Bored, message to teacher or etc.

It is not difficult as making such a program on computing project, but it just too easy as you own a book/note, a new one, entitled by Student School Diary, Divided per pages group of lesson, in briefly if you want to grouping match lesson per 50-60 pages, just mark it on the firt beside another lesson just put on some marker.

Each students owned their school diary, by the time you give them briefly procedure how to make it ir how it works, student will elaborated by themself through your observation.

The Procedure on Making School Diary

• Ask your student to provided new book/note (Preparation)
• Tell them about school diary orientaion (Introduction)
• Step by step guide in defining pages (Lesson/Project Grouping)
• Briefly intro about their expression also included within the book (Diary)
• Pointed out or making an out line target/goals, eg. Next week Match we must understood about the term of algorithm or whatever its, or tomorow out-line Frances vocabulary memorizing put on simple cross check whether they succeed or not.
• Teacher must collect all diary at the end of month/weeks to read it and observed.

Student School Diary Table of Content

• First page, of School Diary Students Identity Information (All about their personal information, eg. Motto, Favourite Color, and everything else) this could be as the materials for teacher in reading/comprehending students physcology aspects.
• Second pages, Table of Contents, in this page its similarly like other book all you need as teacher is write down on the whiteboard, so then ask them to write it! Eg. The grouping lesson/project will described here in second page. For instances, first chapter Match second chapte Physics and etc.
• After all chapter about lesson defined, at the end of chapte put there Expression/Experience Page which means on that page they will write down they feelings through day to day they passed on school activities. Eg. Feelings, happy, boring, impression about teachers method/strategies and etc.
• Then, the rest is your improvised as teacher, what else could be need to put on the book as your students background was, its absolutely depended on you.
• Collected once a month/weekly as your observation to read their finds.
• Be creative!

Conclusion

In school, it is a must to all of teacher to applied their best potentials/skill to make the better world as the education is the basic reason above all.

The best types of teacher is while they can improvised on every situation and condition regarding through their school background defines needed.
