First Day Faculty Immersion| ON SITE VISIT

Hello my dear @steemians! How are you today? I just want to share with you my first day experience on the field.

Today marks the beginning of my Company Immersion in Smart Communications Inc. This is in connection to our university - industry linkage.

We are six participants in the immersion 2 from UC Banilad, 4 from UC Main where I belong. We are divided into two Groups such as North and South. Every group has three members two Engineers and one Computer Science which is 2:1 (2 males, 1 female). I belong to the North Group. I am having fun with my company because our Engineer-in-charge is very kind and accomodating. He is willing to answer all our inquiries.

We started at 10:00H and distribution of our notebook, ballpen, and identification card with our Engineer-in-charge.

The most important part of communications are the following:

• Transport - (ZTE CEN and HUAWEI CEN)
• Access - (2G, 3G, and 4G or LTE )
• Supports - (Rectifier, Aircon, and Battery)

These three are interdependent with each other because one cannot function without the other.

We familiarize the different equipment that we are going to use in the field. Our on site visit help us understand the specific functionality and connectivity of the transport to its access.
