Choosing the best new Steemian for the program
This was a lot tougher than we thought! We planned to find our three new recruits, approach them with the opportunity, and start training! However - we saw potential in the following (more than three!) newbies!
So... though we had plans to start this week, we actually think that the shift in our design will make for a better plan for the future!
So here are the TEN brand new Steemians that we are planning to keep an eye on all this week! We'll be reading their posts, checking out their consistency, interacting in comments, and deciding who is the best fit for the program for NEXT week (provided, of course, that they would LIKE our help!)

@juliaasatryan - She's only been here for a few days, and already has had the chance to be Scuzzified by @scuzzy! We love that she wasn't shy at all about posting her need for help to the Steemit world! Look at THE ART that she produced of her family friend!
@seansecoworkshop - This new Steemian hails from Australia and has a love for sharing health info to the masses. Take a look at one of his FAVORITE PLACES to rest!
@parisianlondoner - Don't we love Steemians looking for those real connections on the platform? This newbie is excited to share THEIR ADVENTURES with us!
@rachelbloom - This Steemian loves to share about the ADOPTION STORY of her daughter. I (@dreemsteem) have already asked to be tagged on upcoming chapters!

You could run a weekly contest and let your followers choose? Simply paste the each link into their own comment on the parent post and the most upvotes are mentored.

I hate to not be able to take them ALL. hahahaha but only 3 this week - (and there is always next week!!!)
