I wanted to make a bagel sandwich this week and found that there is bread called "Bretzel Bagel." Somehow it's understandable as they are brothers. I baked bretzels and bretzel bagels.
The recipe is from Tomizawa Shoten, one of the most popular baking supply shops in Japan.
Ingredients of the sandwich is ...
- Baked salmon
- Pickled cucumber
- Romaine lettuce
- Radicchio
- Sprouts
- Cream cheese
............ I forgot to put onion slices again. This time I also forgot to put mustard ............

今回はベーグルでサンドイッチを作りたいなと思っていたら、プレッツェルベーグルなるパンがあるではないですか。プレッツェルとベーグルは兄弟なので、わからなくもありません。
参考にした富澤商店レシピは「プレッツェルベーグル」というタイトルですが、材料と工程はプレッツェルそのものなので、半分をプレッツェル形状、半分をベーグル形状にして焼きました。
プレッツェルは冷凍のものが便利でおいしいのでほとんど自分では焼かないのですが、成形の工程がたのしく、やっぱりおいしいですね。バターをたっぷり塗って週末家族でおやつに食べました。
サンドイッチはというと、サーモン、葉物、きゅうりのピクルス、スプラウト、クリームチーズというベーグルど定番にしました。
SSC #81で2位をいただいて今週は2位を選ぶVeto Voterです。皆さんのサンドイッチ見るの楽しみにしています。
サーモンとクリームチーズをベーグルで！定番というか鉄板の美味しさですね。
皆さまの具材をみていると、スプラウトがホントに美味しそうで、次回は私も挟んでみようかしら、と思っています。

プレッツェルベーグル！！！！
ベーグルの形のものは食べたことがありませんが、時々スーパーでbunが売っているので買います。
香ばしい香りが何とも言えないですよね〜
サーモンとクリームチーズとの組み合わせ、お腹がすいてきてしまいましたw
今まで、サンドイッチは作っていましたが、このコンテストに出会うまで、具材や見た目のことなど、それほど気にせずにいました。
作って写真を撮り記事にし、他の方のサンドイッチを拝見し、新しい発見があって楽しいです。

プレッツェルは普段は便利すぎる冷凍のものやパン屋さんのお世話になるので焼かないのですが勢い余って 😄
サーモンとクリームチーズいいですよね。森の国ドイツ、お魚は高級品なので久しぶりです。
Djynn さんとあいさんがサンドイッチコンテストに来てくれて嬉しいです。アスパラの季節になったらdjynn さんのカマンベールチーズのサンドイッチしたいです。季節ものも楽しそう！とヒントになりました😊
