Tried @intrepidsurfer 's recommended closing technique, and it looks like it works, although I left them just a few minutes to settle.
A bit unusual, I used baking powder instead of yeast, and I have to say although the effects are not so spectacular, I like the fact that you can control the dough more.
Ingredients:
Flour
Yeast
Salami
Potatoes
Yellow Onions
Green Garlic
Peas
Celery
Carrots
Leek
Salt
Chili
Tomato Sauce
Ya mon! This one looks dope, maybe among you best creations...
Diggin' the potatoe and leeks, onions and green garlic combo especially.
And the stuffed stew sandwich concept is awesome!
That plate is so misleading lol.

I think it's also the fact that there is nothing else on the table to get a size relation to, maybe I should use a measuring tape or something once next to the plate.
I'm still amazed of the difference of using baking powder instead of yeast made.
