Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #95 - Chicken Mayo Salad Sandwich
Who ever thought sandwiches could be so much fun?
Not me for sure until I took a peak and saw some amazing sandwiches made by the legend @steemit-foodie who took extended maternity leave; we miss you @steemit-foodie and some of our other amazing Sandwiteers as well!
So I joined in the fun at Week #19 and started making sandwiches for the manwich maker @jaybird's SteemitSandwichContest, now in Week #95 with one of our amazing sandwiteers @mondoshawan sponsoring the prizes this week!
A quick look down my SSC memory lane before we get onto this week's sandwich.
Sunday lunch was Lemon & Rosemary Roast Chicken, I roasted two as we currently have a couple of students staying in our bnb, but it was still too much so I had quite enough leftover to make a good couple of Chicken Mayo Salad Sandwiches.
What else could I find in the refrigerator besides the chicken? No need to go shopping as leftovers make the very best sandwiches not so!
- My favourite Honey & Oats Bread
- A couple of Cherry Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Red Bell Pepper
- Feta Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Leftover Roast Chicken
- Mayonnaise

Oh my my @lizelle, you did it again :) I love a good chicken salad, nothing better! With cheese and tomatoes, perfect! I'm sure hubby was pretty pleased with this goodie!
