Recipe of stick tempe

INGREDIENTS:
1 box of tempe (small long slice)
2 eggs (shake off)
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of versatile spice flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tablespoon chicken powder broth
2 cloves garlic (puree)
Pepper to taste)
Salt to taste)
Right amount of oil).
How to make

  1. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and chicken powder broth into a bowl. Give a little water, mix well. Soak the tempe into this marinade.
  2. Shake off the egg. Add a little salt plus chicken powder broth.
  3. Mix the versatile flour, wheat flour and rice flour. Stir well.
  4. Dip the tempe that has been soaked into the spice smooth to the egg whisk.
  5. Roll the tempe into flour dough, fry the tempe until golden yellow. Fry all the tempeh and drain.
  6. Serve this tempe stick while still warm.
    Stick tempe can also be served with chilli sauce or mayonnaise sauce let it taste more steady and make you more tasteful
