Veg manchurian is a very famous indo-chinese appetizer recipe made in numerous styles.

2-3 days ago I made manchurian at home. Today I want to share full recipe with you all.

It's a cabbage manchurian with gravy.

Let's have a look :

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Onion
Green chilly
Ginger garlic paste
Corn flour
Maida
Oil
Salt
Garam masala
Capsicum
Black papper
Water
Ketchup
Soy sauce
Red chilly sauce

Method:
First grated the cabbage like this :

Chopped Onion.

Green chilly and garlic & Ginger paste.

Now boil the cabbage for 1 minute and squeeze out the water completely from the cabbage.

Now add onion, green chilly into the cabbage.
Add salt, garam masala and little red chilly powder.
Now add purpose flour, corn flour and mix it well.
Now make the balls.

After that take a pan and heat oil.
Once the oil is heated properly, add manchurian balls to fry.

Fry it on medium flame.

Fry it till it turns brown.

Like this take it out and keep it aside.

Balls is ready, now let's make the sauce (gravy)
Heat a pan, add little oil.
Add garlic and ginger paste and fry it for few seconds.

Now add capsicum and chopped onion. Fry it for 1 minute.
Add spices like salt, bell pepper.
Now add all sause And mix it well.

Add little water in cornflour and make semi-thick batter. Mix it well.
Now add water .

Now add fried manchurian balls. And turn off the flame.

Put it for 10 minutes.
Now manchurian is ready for serve.
