Sweet Potato Tots Recipe! - The Recipe you just can't get enough of!

Hello, Welcome! What is your favorite food in the world? Mine, would have to be what I made last night. Last night I made vegan style tator-tots. Well this recipe will have you begging for more, well, if you like tator tots.

I am made a slightly different recipe and it requires:
1 Regular potato
1 Large Sweet Potato
1 Zucchini Squash

First step, preheat the oven to 450°F then grab 1 large regular potato and 1 large sweet potato and and wash them in water and peal the skin off both potatoes.
Second step grab a pot and fill with water and let it boil, when the water is boiling cut the regular potato into quarters and the large sweet potato into 6ths, then throw into the water for 15 minutes until fork tender.
Next, let the potatoes cool off until you are able to hold, then grade with a cheese grader as well as the zucchini squash and put both in the bowl, add seasonings as desired.
Next prep a cooking sheet by getting some olive oil and grease the pan so the tator tots don’t stick to the sheet
Next take your mixture of potates and zucchini and potatoes and shape them into a cylinder (or however you want them shaped) and place them in the oven for 20 minutes then take them out and flip so both sides are crispy then put them back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
Let them cook and firm up for 5 minutes then put on a plate and enjoy with your favorite dip.
