My thoughts on changing rewards after HF21
Spent a week since HF21 and the introduction of the curation reward author / editor 50:50, I noticed a drastic reduction in the earnings of my posts, I would say halved.
At first glance for the authors, also given the current value of Steem, it is in fact not very stimulating. But, if on social media we publish posts and photos without earning anything, why complain about Steemit? The value of Steem is really underestimated and the gains are very low but, if we don't think in FIAT but in STEEM, projecting it in a positive dimension (I think for example to the max value reached of 8 $), everything would change.
For those who believe in the usefulness of cryptocurrencies and in particular STEEM, when the adoption will be massive, he knows that the $ 8 could only be a stepping-stone with staggering figures and the whole current system would make even more sense.
I add that writing and earning does not attract investors. STEEM is not Steemit. With this adjustment of rewards, users are less likely to write, but give those who do not want to write to earn through Curation. To do this, however, it is necessary for users to buy coins, increasing their value.
The birth of Steem-Engine and connected Tribes adds an extra value to STEEM but probably it is necessary to do something more to attract new users. The period is not the best and marketing actions might not have the right impact. Better prepare for the next race and test that everything that today represents STEEM is working well.
I expect the next HF won't block the blockchain for a couple of days 😉

Trascorsa ormai una settimana dal HF21 e l'introduzione anche della curation reward autore/curatore 50:50, ho notato una drastica riduzione dei guadagni dei miei post, direi dimezzati.
A primo impatto per gli autori, dato anche il valore attuale di Steem, non è in effetti molto stimolante. Ma, se sui social pubblichiamo post e foto senza guadagnare nulla, perché lamentarsi per Steemit? Il valore di Steem è davvero sottostimato e i guadagni sono molto bassi ma, se non ragioniamo in FIAT ma in STEEM, proiettandolo in una dimensione positiva (penso ad esempio al valore max raggiunto di 8 $), tutto cambierebbe.
Per chi crede nell'utilità delle cryptovalute ed in particolare di STEEM, quando l'adozione sarà massiva, sa bene che gli 8$ potrebbe essere solo un trampolino di lancio a cifre da capogiro e tutto il sistema attuale avrebbe ancora più senso.
Aggiungo che scrivere e guadagnare non attira investitori. STEEM non è Steemit. Con questo adeguamento delle rewards, gli utenti sono meno invogliati a scrivere, ma concede a chi non vuole scrivere di guadagnare tramite Curation. Per fare ciò però è necessario che gli utenti comprino monete, aumentandone il valore.
La nascita di Steem-Engine e delle Tribe connesse aggiunge un valore in più a STEEM ma probabilmente è necessario fare qualcosa in più per attrarre nuovi utenti. Il periodo non è dei migliori e azioni di marketing forse non avrebbero il giusto impatto. Meglio prepararsi alla prossima corsa e collaudare che tutto ciò che ad oggi rappresenta STEEM, sia ben funzionante.
Mi aspetto che il prossimo HF non bloccherà la blockchain per un paio di giorni 😉
Che bella frase, quella che il massimo storico di 8 dollari possa essere un semplice trampolino di lancio verso livelli che potrebbero farci davvero sorridere di brutto!!!

It was just my thought too, splitting the rewards by 50/50 would not encourage new people to come to steem. But eventually as curating you are receiving more, and with more curating going on there is more interaction between users, growth of the community and thus eventually better rewards :)
