Reasons why I see hike in steem price

We all being in worry from starting of this year regarding the steem price. That's the honest truth. However things are changing one by one. The latest things I read which gonna improve steem price are listed below.

Since the announcement of hardfork21 with the feature of 50:50 split between the authors and curators , there was some little outrage.

But I am witnessing the powerups by most of the whales again and people who don't want to be authors to earn steem.

Here you can check the author and curators earnings from steemworld. You can see authors and also curators both getting equal share of 100 steem each from the rewards.

Burning of steem

Bidbots like @smartsteem initiated a system which encourages the people to burn the steem to get curated by them.

@threespeak also announced they gonna burn 3% of rewards for Every post made by content creators.

This is really a nice step to decrease the supply of steem at minimum.

But I really want them to use the steem to fund any promotional projects for steem rather than burning.

Reward curve

Many of the people still didn't got through this, so I don't get in to the technical stuff and simply say that if your steem post didn't make 20 steem, then the vote weight on your post will be decreased.
So people again start to powerup to atleast selftvote them selves to cross that minimum limit or giving up made shit posts to start curation

Steemit announced they are not going to sell steem for next month.

They announced in their blog post that they have cut their expenses and gettinv good revenue by ads which make them to avoid the selling of steem. Steemit is the major stake holder who selling steem every month to fund the wages of the it's team. So if they stop selling the huge chunk like every month, surely we can see the rise in demand.

As of now, these four things are giving much effective to give boost to the steem.
