Today I came across the post of @blog-beginner where he posted about his job searching and mentioned about this tag.

I was fascinated and really got the idea about how this will really help many who are looking for job or some work in any area.

Post the requirement with the tag and see how it goes with community next time when you want to hire some one to do your work or you want to inform about some job opportunity at some other place.

Careers sites are always booming because a man always look for better position or work than he doing now to maximize the revenue for his work.

If we add this feature or culture to steem block chain, not only authors or techies but alot of new whole people come here to do different work and get compensated by crypto.

You can also don't have hassle to hire people from different countries after to pay with different currencies. You can just do transcations over steem.

I understand there will be trust issues between those who offer work and those who work, that's where importance of fantastic concept "Reputation number " comes. If any one cheats, they know they gonna get hit by community on their reputation by downvotes.

I know we need to take small steps for this initiative, first post the jobs in your workplace or city or country where Steemians in near places can apply if they are eligible for that.

Next as we know about Upwork or freelancers sites offer work, we can built a site with same features on the steem like how tribes are running with the help of @aggroed's steem-engine.

Not everyone is a artist who can make great posts about thier trips or story tellers. But if some one in need of money they can do what it requires at that moment.

This tag can pull average people who look for extra money beside their full-time job, also for people who want to give away work to any one who is qualified to do with out worrying about any boundaries.

Hope I see posts start with tag "jobs" in coming days and start offering of tasks or work on steem blockchain.
