Let's do something crazy

And not give away reward cards like the last time, but let's giveaway a card that used to be a promo card, and you can only have if you received it then, or if you bought it in the market (like I did). I bought it a while ago, and I can honestly say that I played it only a few times, especially now my summoners are levelled up some more, I will probably not be using it again. Because then I would have to level it up, and buy the cards in the market. I don't mind spending a bit of my steem earnings on cards, but prefer to do so on cards that I know I actually like to play. So I think this card should find a new owner, maybe someone that doesn't need it levelled up, or maybe because you need one more to level it up, it's all possible!

What do you need to do?

I would like you to nominate another player to win this card, every person nominated gets 2 raffle tickets, and the person that nominates someone will get 1 ticket. This means you get to nominate someone, but still have a chance of winning yourself too! It's allowed to nominate the same person more than once, but not if you try to cheat by using different accounts. Let's keep it fair, so that more people have a shot at winning. You have until Saturday March 17th 23.59 CET to comment on the post, and I will be doing the raffle on Sunday to announce the winner.
