MERGE #2 SteemMonsters
Second edition of MERGE is on SteemMonsters, a decentralized card game built on top of the STEEM blockhain. In just two weeks from going live,the game has already taken over the blockchain and is displaying incredible growth and potential for a very bright future.
Its funny how I thought the video will end up being 2 min long when it came out this long. Made me think and conclude that I will probably never be able to make a decent MERGE as a 2 min long video or less if I want to give out a good amount of information in it. So, from now on the limit on MERGE is less than 5 minutes.

It took me a lot of time and effort to get this video out there and Im trying to slowly but surely add more production value to my work. Because of that and the fact that I just started learning video editing recently. It takes me such a long time to create these videos and edit them propperly. Leaving me with little time to engage with you so, you might notice me not engaging for a day or two when making a new video.
I expect to get better as I make more videos for Dtube so this effect should be diminished soon.
Hope you appreciate my efforts and that you will offer some feedback if you see me doing something wrong, or you know of better ways to do it.

Everyone is talking about Steemmonsters and I'm super happy this project is bringing the masses to Steem Blockchain and the most important thing it been able to attract so many users during this bear market showing strong evidence of huge future potential.
As I'm all-in with Dtube this is not for me however I'm excited for Steemmonsters!

Tp me that is a telltale sign that it must be greatly successful in the future and one of the reasons I'm so interested in the game. I know you probably have no time for playing monsters as you are all in on Dtube but, I'm all in on STEEM, and all of the STEEM based dapps so I always find time for a couple of duels :D
The free booster packs at the end of the season are totally worth it. Atm, I can make 50$ every two weeks if I sell the packs I get as reward which is also nice. But I like to keep the packs and open them for a chance to get that 1k+$ gold foil legendary.
Thank you for suggesting Musing! I was on there daily before joining Dtube. Engaging with others so much and creating videos just drains so much of my time that I don't have any left to Muse. But I'll have to manage my time better in the future, in order to continue Musing.
Thanks and likewise! I made a recent decision of not endulging myself during the weekends and going out but working hard for the next 3 months towards my goal of 10k SP. I'll talk more about it on one of my future videos. Think it's a crucial decision I had to make.
Partying is losing me valuable, finite time on STEEM and money, while giving little to no real value to my life journey. It had to end.
Stermmonsters has turned out to be a much better experience than I could have imagined. It is simply a great game and I have high hopes for it in the future.
I feel the same way and can only imagine how much fun the game will be in the future, when we will actually be able to influence it. Not just watch how it plays out like we do now.
Great episode! @steemmonsters will do much more than CryptoKitties did for Ethereum as it has not clogged the system nor increased transaction fees. It is demonstrating how superior the Steem blockchain is for running DApps and achieving scalability.
Thanks @newageinv! Well, it did bring in a lot of new people to eth. How didn't it clog up the system? I remember that right at around the time kitties came out, the fees were quite hefty if you wanted a fast transaction. Or a transaction to go through, at all.
Also, the whole blockchain was almost falling appart at 100% load on the network. Barely able to hold up.
Remember trying to sent a couple of dollars to play an eth based game and the gas it required was around 20 cents, to send like 5 dollars or something.

How has the new season treated you and your dark set? Still palying Zintar or moved to something else?
the new season is going well bro. yesterday i was playing with selena, haunted spirit, priest and the spider. worked well..and kept me in the game! today with the new mana cap and rules...i'm back to zintar, priest, assassin spider. it working well so far...i'm in 7th right now...but i'm sure it'll change up fast as peeps adjust their decks. lol..man i'm having so much fun! i love the strategy of just not playing for awhile too. ;) i may get another account going and play it too lol! slowly leveling up my other splinters...and summoners.
I can't afford to play anything else other than what I was playing before, because my other cards aren't nearly of high enough lvl to compete. So, I'm thinking about just going as far as I can with what I have. Hopefully 4k+ again, or more.
I quit obsessing about it and spending any further money on the game at this point. The steem we are spending now on it is going to be worth a lot more, sooner or later. It doesn't matter when but unless that happens, I'm not spending anything on it. Maybe only as a temporary investment, to buy low and sell high if there is such opportunity.
how about you? any adjustments..and strategies? i love you how mentioned how much activity this has spurred on the blockchain! i'm curious how much it is increasing. more than 10 percent now? so cool!

I am now trying to convince my kids to play this instead of the other games they play
