Silence Is Golden
The last couple days I have been getting my butt kicked by magic users in Steem Monsters. Mostly by opponents playing Water Splinters with the dastardly Alric Stormbringer and his +1 magic boost ability.
That's why today's daily quest reward was so welcome.
The Mushroom Seer, with his Silence ability, neutralizes Alric and his magic boost. Then it's just a matter of killing all the magic users with snipe and reflection and Victory!
Currently I have only two monsters that have Silence.
The Mushroom Seer
and the Crystal Werewolf.
Neither monster is very power, but their Silence ability is well worth including them on my team if I suspect my opponent will be playing a Water Splinter team. I just wish they would give the Fire Splinter a monster with the Silence ability. Fire has no good defense against magic, especially at the lower levels.
