Our pork sinigang

I have been cooking dish without soup for the past week that we craved to eat our lunch with a soup-based one. Good thing, I already got the pork from the fridge earlier before we go to work and it was already defrosted when we arrived home.

Planning on what to cook is my everyday struggle and I always rely on internet on what to cook but this time, I already have in mind - pork sinigang, a sour broth soup made of pork.

My husband loved this dish. Well, he loves all the dish that I cook. Hahaha! For us, the sour the soup, the better.
