Welcome to another edition of @steemph.uae Daily Featured Posts.
At @steemph.uae, we aim to motivate and cultivate Pinoy content creators from the UAE. Daily, we shall feature quality posts in order to boost visibility and subsequently keep them more engaged on the platform.

Each day, 3 quality contents will be promoted. We have recently updated a new schedule of topics that will be featured daily:

To be featured, below are the minimal requirements:
- The post shall have #steemph as one of the tags.
- Must have at least 300 words, clear formatting and with minimal grammatical errors. Some tips here.
- The post shall have a minimum of 3 pictures, all of which should be of great quality and proper sourcing.
- Photography posts must have at least brief explanation about the subject. Be sure to mention device/camera used.
- Poetry must have at least 5 stanzas and 1 photo.

Mental Health is very important and should not be laughed about.
The poem is about depression, a very sensitive issue nowadays specially with youths. @appleskie nicely illustrated the agony of someone who is experiencing depression. Head over to her post and we hope it can be an eyeopener to everyone that this kind of issue is serious.

Never succumb to that dark spell
Surpass it instead -- you'll be stronger as you dwell!
There is nothing wrong to feel pain. Give yourself time to heal but you should know when to get up and be on track again. We always think we need someone to help us get through it but most of the time, all we need is ourselves—our willingness and determination to stand and move on.
