Today is the Mother’s Day. I have sent flowers and a box of “Satoh Nishiki” cherries to my mother in my hometown. "Satoh Nishiki" is the famous brand name of cherry in Japan.
今日は母の日です。実家の母には、花と佐藤錦のさくらんぼを送っておきました。

It is thanks to my mother that I am now able to live my healthy running life. Today I ran with being thankful to my mother. ( I should always do so, of course. )
僕が今、無事にランニングライフを送ることができているのも、僕を産んでくれた母のおかげです。今日は母に感謝しながら走りました。(もちろん、いつもそうするべきなんですが)

When I ran to Harbor Walk this morning, I found that “the Relay Marathon HAT Kobe 2019” was being held there today.
今朝、ハーバーウォークに着いたとき、今日は「リレーマラソンHAT神戸2019」が開催されていることに気付きました。

I heard it was a race in which teams consisting 4 to 15 people run 42.195 km, 21.1 km or 7 km in relay. Then I ran carefully not to disrupt the race.
4~15人のチームで、42.195kmか21.1km、または7kmの距離をリレーして走るレースだそうです。レースの邪魔にならないように気をつけながら走りました。

As the early summer has come, daily temperatures are getting higher gradually. Today I was so tired in the final phase of the workout, perhaps because of the hotness. I should get used to the hotness before the midsummer will have come.
初夏になって、だんだんと気温が上がってきています。今日は暑さのせいか、終盤でかなりばててしまいました。本格的な夏が来る前に、暑さに慣れておかないといけません。
