The GREAT pumpkin that I bought today and want to share in Farms.
Greetings friends of Farms.
At Farms, we like to appreciate the things of nature that God left us so we could enjoy balanced, nutritious and varied food. As I show you in my daily contributions in this community, where I present the properties that fruits and vegetables have. You can also see in Farms the cultivation, techniques and agricultural care.
Today my publication is different ... I want to share with you this Great pumpkin that we bought in the supermarket in the afternoon.
The pumpkin is very nutritious ... and in my country, Venezuela, lately it is very used since it has a pleasant sweet flavor and allows to make a great variety of preparations ...
With the pumpkin we make arepas, sancochándola and adding a little corn flour, sugar to taste and a pinch of salt. They really are rich. Especially if you stuff them with cheese and butter.
You can also make pancakes, liquefying the parboiled pumpkin, you add milk, sugar to taste, a pinch of salt and prepare in the pan ... hummm Delicious ...
Pumpkin cakes are very easy to prepare and very tasty. Soon I will publish the recipe when you prepare a cake with this pumpkin that we buy today.
In short, the Pumpkin is a blessing, a delicacy that God has given us and we must make the most of it ... (creams, ice cream, cheese, soup).
In the case of my little daughter, she thought it was a ball and did not want to leave it hahaha ... she took possession of the Pumpkin for a long time until finally let go.
I want to take the time to thank Farms for appreciating my publications and also congratulate for the great job in making interesting things of the farm known every day.
I will continue striving to present more publications.
