Accumulation or expansion?

The real question with the crypto markets is: Is this accumulation or is the expansion? Is crypto bottomed out or will we see further downside? There are many arguments for both sides, but its a matter of smart money making a choice. Will they pump up BTC and alts? Or will they short them to the ground?
