Medibloc is a database platform in which Medical information is stored by the power of blockchain. Medibloc is a system that stores the medical information of each patient, Medibloc is not also centralized with a certain hospital. Medibloc ensures that each patient has their medical information stored in the blockchain and they can even share it to other hospitals for accuracy.
Problems with Medical Information
People nowadays is currently searching a medical attention. Some don't even trust their own Doctors because there are some information that is missing or needs to be studied further. Other problems are missing documents that the Doctors needed when the patient has to rely on the other Doctor. With a problem with taking another test or examination to determine the disease/infections or the medical details the Doctor needed, and if they want more information from the other Docter there will be a lot of paper works.
Solution
One big Solution is the Medibloc. Medibloc provides the data needed from the Patient to your different kinds of doctor. In which it stores your medical personal information. You don't have to worry about their security, privacy matters. Medibloc ensures that your information will be shared when you allow to share it. Transparency is also useful in the blockchain technology where and what hospital this infromation went for example. Medibloc shall also store every infromation inside the decentralized database. Medibloc not just also aims to share information to other Doctors but also it is Patient-centered base.

Medibloc provides a quality service for patients who are struggling of getting their personal medical information from a centralized Hospital databases. In which when a Patient wants to have another Doctor from another hospital, it is clear that medical information are disclosed and it is only available for that hospital. Medibloc offers a solution in which they will provide a decentralized database and everyone will have their medical information stored. With the power of blockchain and the transparency of transactions, you can able to trace and track the latest transactions on the activities they made.
In my own opinion, It is very useful and the company needs to be crowdfunded. I also have a problem regarding medical records, we have to perfom some test and examination to determine what blood type I had. When we forgot the details about our blood details we have to perform the test again and again to other hospitals because they needed medical information that the past hospitals could not give any information because it is only exclusive in their company. With decentralization and the power of blockchain it is clear that you can access your personal data and give it to other hospitals on your own will.
