And it's one of the major elements when it comes to nearing "bliss" state of mind. In the modern nutrition world it's often ignored, considering the best way to get it is directly from the Sun & that isn't easy to sell.

 


The Sun has many powers we somehow forgotten through the systematic conditioning that's ongoing for ages. In that kind of reality, various sunscreens filled with chemicals are used in order to prevent potentially "disastrous" impact Sun can have on us.

Yeah so much healing from the sun, sun gazing has huge benefits for sure and something I only recently learnt about too, on here as well. Cheers for this great post promoting the power of the Sun, how lucky are we!
