Destroy your new desired habit in the smallest possible parts and create for yourself a project of a complete and, if possible, specific description of the desired behavior. For example, to create the habit of getting up early and doing more things in the morning, it is necessary:

  • Go to bed earlier than usual.
  • Turn off the TV and computer before.
  • Place the alarm clock away from the bed.
  • Take a contrast shower.
  • Breakfast, coffee, listening to audio lessons.

Working on you will bring positive emotions, if you have the opportunity every day to achieve success: perform viable tasks.
