Idolizing someone is pretty normal. We all look up to someone and draw inspiration from other people as we go through our individuals. These people that we look up to makes us strive harder to be like them, or maybe someday, better than them. It's good to have a rolemodel or a "living pattern" of what we want to be in the future. One common example is being a fan of celebrities. It's no doubt that these artists are well-loved by many people around the world because of their frequent public appearances. Their celebrity status makes them more visible to public and gives them the opportunity to gain a fanbase.

As a fan, you'd really do everything you can to support your idols. Sometimes, you'd even stoop down to other people's level and engage on online wars against your idol's bashers. You can't afford to let anyone misjudge your idols so you would do everything in your power to defend them. Yeah, too much "fangirling" can cause negative effect on you. Anything extreme is dangerous, as they say. There has to be certain limitations. You can support your idols without hurting other people. Just appreciate what your idols do as artists, cheer on them, but NEVER forget your values as a person.

When you're a die-hard fan, you're apparently updated with the news regarding your idols. You watch their latest movies on its first day of showing as much as possible (even re-watch it when you have an extra money). You would buy every magazine that has their faces on it. You would support their albums either physical or digital. You're even willing to spend a whooping amount to get a V.I.P. access to their concert. Yeah, being a fan comes with a price. Literally speaking. When you really want to be "all-out" in terms of supporting your idols, you really need to have enough money to spare. Always remember that your responsibilities should come first before "fangirling." You should always be practical and focus on your life goals and only spend something on "fangirling" when you have an extra amount. Therefore, being a fangirl makes you want to work harder in order to save more money. It gives you more reasons to work.

It's nice to have "idols" and witness them achieve their dreams. You're already happy from afar while watching them. They make you happy with their mere presence alone. Idolizing someone isn't wrong especially if you're using it to better improve yourself and it gives you a motivation to keep on going. Being a fan means enduring a long queue of fellow fans, suffocating crowd and unbearable noises. It's a very exciting experience that will make you meet new people who shares the same interest with you and eventually becomes your friends.

What about you?
