Educational crafts from home! Let's create a fun collection of leaves!

Hello friends of @steemiteducation, the education of our children is extremely important for us as parents and educators, that's why we always have to look for the best teaching and learning tools and strategies to teach and provide the best possible education.

I am a lover of crafts and that is why I want to present a series of educational strategies based on them, any child is interested in working with hands, coloring, pasting, cutting, drawing, in short, having fun and what better way to do it than learning. A good walk through the countryside or the mountain can be used to collect samples of leaves, trees and other plants, for children to make a collection and have fun learning a little more about nature. Let's go with the fun! We created our own collection of leaves, we walked through the green areas of our residence and decided to make our collection based on fruit trees, exotic fruits typical of our region.

Materials.

Bag to collect samples.

Colored pencils.

Napkins, kitchen roll or newspaper.

Some books to press the sheets.

Glue or glue

Process.

Collect samples of leaves.

Draw each type of sheet in the notebook or use the tracing technique on the back that you can see a little below explained in the photo.

To trace, put the sheet upside down, place the paper on top and paint with crayons. It looks great!

Place the sheets between napkins, kitchen roll or newspaper. Put one or more books on them and wait a few days for them to dry. Then paste them in the notebook next to the drawing or copy.

The book helps extract water from the leaves, which will be absorbed by the paper napkins. A few days will be enough.

Then if it is your preference, place the dry leaves in a square and paste if I draw next you will create a fantastic collection of leaves.

Crafts are always going to be a very useful tool to educate our children, through them we can transmit countless knowledge, in addition to developing many areas in the personality of our children, such as Creativity, attention and concentration, memorization, psychomotorism and additional increases self-esteem.There are many children's activities to do at home thanks to which you can have a good time with the little ones of the house, help them in their physical and mental development, make them have fun and improve communication between the family.
