Hello friends, we continue to document our work in high risk communities, in this opportunity we went by boat four hours of road trip added to two hours by boat, to visit a community in the Amazon delta, specifically on the island of Tortola in Venezuela, where children, young people and families waited for us with a lot of love. Driven by the desire to be agents of change, we arrived at that place, not a little dizzy by the boat, with fear for some wild animals but happy to be part of the change and transformation of that place, I do not mean a structural change, but an emotional change, a mental change, a change based on love, and the value that these needy people who live in isolated places deserve and deserve is this locality.

But what is an agent of change?

Agent of Change is those people who deliberately or through their behavior, promote changes in the social, cultural or behavior of individuals.

A Change Agent is characterized by who has the courage to take a risk and open up to new ideas, who is dissatisfied with current reality, is who takes responsibility where others create excuses, is who manages to see the possibilities in a situation where others see the limitations, it is who can create in others the ability to dream, is the one who inspires others with the vision of what they can contribute, is who with their soul comes to that of others, is the one who achieves the integration of mind, body and soul, is who has the power of one made many and many made one, is who is interested in others and with it develops ideas, energy and capacity and others, is who has the desire to excel, is who has the ability to leave the ego for the sake of what is best for everyone, is who has a lot of courage, is who has an open mind and soul and is who manages to see their dreams made true.

This is a child of the island, we do not know what happened to him, since that place is difficult to access and not all arrive there.

If you judge them, you do not have time to love them!

I remember very well the story I heard once from a very rich and prosperous speaker, he just thought about how to do with his charisma and good speech, how to attract more and more people to his organization, every day he thought more and more ways to achieve to be successful in his way of working and in his organization, this man very much in his organization in the fame and success that he was getting, he forgot the most important thing, his family, little by little he left them, he thought of the structures, to grow and make his building bigger, while his family was unknown to him, not satisfied with this he despised them, he had them in little, he said that if they did not have the success that he had was because they had not strived as the ... His heart was arrogant and arrogant. But one day while he was giving a great talk, a young man dressed indigent appeared with his dirty clothes and without shoes, his hair long, and stinky, his face reflected sadness and pain, then in the middle of the crowd, everything was paralyzed, they looked at each other from those who had attended to hear this great speaker, then he, with slow steps, went to the speaker, all with their fearful gaze, they did not know who he was or who he was, the speaker, too He began to fix his gaze on that ragged young man, when he could not stand anymore, shout: guardians! Get this ragged here, for people like these is that the world is asi¡¡ And without hesitation a moment the watchers of that place proceeded to take the young man.

At that moment the young man spoke. It turned out to be the son of that great orator, who for the lack of love and to place his success, and fame before his family ended in that way, never had a loving father at home, was never in his sad moments or happy, he never had time to love his son but to judge him by his way of being.
This is not a true story, but it represents a lot of the point I want to talk about this time. Many politicians judge the condition of their people, do not really focus on the need of their people, their eyes are placed on their government, on relationships that make them great, and they want more and more more power, they dedicate themselves to grow structurally, forgetting that the value of a publo is in its people not in money or in how many structures it has.

This is a low income school, these were conformed in this visit, we were able to deliver donations of school supplies and food, we did dynamic classes with crafts, colors and other supplies, it was a special day.
