步骤1:芋头用食用油炸熟,

步骤2:瘦肉先用食用油炸熟后再放入香菇和鱿鱼。然后放盐和味精,

步骤3;把炸好的芋头放到米饭里闷10分钟。

步骤4:把炸好的瘦肉、香菜、香菇、鱿鱼放入到米饭上面。

步骤5:搅拌均匀。

然后就可以起锅。

这道饭源于中国广东省汕头市的地方美食。这种吃法有350年的历史。

相传这道饭以前是有节日的时候才能吃到。因为当时中国很落后,这种吃法很奢侈。当时的食物十分珍贵。

传说当时有个大官来到汕头地区巡查时,当地的老百姓比较穷,不知道该用什么宴请。后来一个渔夫想出这道饭。

巡查管吃了之后非常满意。后来把这道廉价的饭传到了京城。让很多人吃到这美食。
