In search of mushrooms - fungus pambazo (boletus edulis)
Hello friends, I'm back again with a new publication about mushrooms and mushrooms. To which in the north of Spain we continue with the rains which allows us to find these incredible formations throughout the forest without hardly having to look for them.
This time I will talk about this mushroom called Boletus edulis, also known in Spain as fungus pambazo or pumpkin mushroom, It is common to find it in many forests of beech, oak, chestnut and pine.
It is one of the mushrooms most appreciated for its taste and texture, as I have said its flavor is sweet as that of hazelnuts, something that I have not been able to verify at the moment because as you can see in the images these were beginning to rot to take a lot of time in the rain and receive too much moisture these days. I hope we can taste them soon, we read in the next publication.
