Teach....or Cheat...?
Ambiguous statement, unclear correction, useless argument, and most of them are irrational reasoning, which are faced by students during study in college especially on final research of thesis are very common issue now. Some people say the true lesson begins not at first semester of the study, but it comes in last semester when students struggle to finish the research. It means, we learn nothing at first, second and so on until the final period comes, maybe all will absolutely agree with this opinion.
Let see the fact in Aceh-Indonesia, i do not know whether this happening too out there in other part of Indonesia. There are some students do not finish study at college because of this, yaa...final frigging research study called thesis, where college trap student deeply into the jungle without compass.
You may ask me how can i bravely say like that, why i call this like a trap without compass, as i said in my first paragraph, in Aceh, finishing thesis is like finding the way home in the junggle, the lecturer (academic supervisor) never helps us to be honest, they only sit and stratch up our proposal/thesis without reading it wisely and carefully, they only know how to blame students errors while forgetting their responsible to teach, to guide, and to explain it why and how.
However, i do not believe his/her correction anymore, i had proven it for several times, what i did was taking somebodi's thesis from famous university, then i proposed it for my own research. Guess what,!! he still had many things to be corrected and asked me to revise, he marked so many errors in the thesis while the thesis it self got score A in other college (famous university). I bravely can say that his job is not to look for the truth, but to make all things complicated, the thesis still have errors even we give his own thesis (let say if he forget his own thesis tittle).
The next question appears regarding to this issue, what is the function and why he is there, to help? or to trap? I see thesis and journal which have been written by students abroad, so simple and not too complicated as ours. I think, money is everything. "The longer we trapped, harder to get back. The longer we stay, the more we pay"
