My 1st TeamSingapore Steemit Meetup!
I am so happy to be back in Singapore in time for last evening's TeamSingapore Steemit Meetup! It was TeamSingapore's second but only my first one...
There was the inaugural TeamSingapore meetup a few months back that I was not able to attend, so I am really glad to be able to make it for this one. Thank you @culgin first and foremost for organising and coordinating this event!
I was in the area rather early as I had an appointment nearby at 4pm to collect my new Passport (yay!) so i ventured around and took a peek of our meeting place. I then walked around again before coming back at 6+. I was not the earliest, @fun2learn beat me to it and was already sitting there at 5+.
At 7+ everyone arrived and I was really happy to meet our TeamSingapore community members and put a face to their steemit handles. We had an amazing discussion and chitchat about ourselves and our Steemit origins, and also some of our future plans and dreams.

An awesome recommendation for the meetup, Black White Tale by @darrylnyk gave us a cozy environment to hang out and have an affordable and tasty dinner. Owned and run by an enterprising Hong Kong dude, he might even consider adopting Steem as a transaction currency for customers. Let's see how this pans out. If so, we would consider to hold even more Steem Meetups over here! @teamsingapore Steemit HQ perhaps?
I hope other TeamSingapore members will get to join in our next meetup and I'll get the opportunity to talk to some members I did not manage to speak too much with!
