I admire the nature of Azerbaijan!

The poet wrote beautifully: the nature invites me to inspiration! Indeed. Nature has always been a magic force. Is it possible to remain indifferent to the beauty of the Shahdag, the green Talysh, the Pirgulu forests, the Milky Way, the Mughan plain, the blue Caspian Sea, the Goygol, the mirror springs lying in the eye? When it is in the nature of man, he forgets about all his fatigue, sorrow, and cares about the world.

Nature is the source of life. He inspires us, looks like our souls. Mother nature did not spare her native Azerbaijan. It can be found in the territory of our republic, which is not bigger than the nine climatic zones on Earth. This also causes the flora and fauna diversity in Azerbaijan. It is no coincidence that the nature of a region in our republic differs significantly from the nature of the other region. Azerbaijan is known as the country of mountains. The territory of our Republic is surrounded by the Greater Caucasus from the North Caucasus and the Lesser Caucasus Mountain from the West, and from the South to the Talysh Mountains. The central part of the country is the Kura-Araz lowland, which extends to the eastern coasts of the Caspian Sea. Kura, Araz-like rivers, mild climate, plentiful sunlight have turned the Aran regions of the republic into a favorable place for all-year-round farming, but on the contrary, livestock in the mountainous areas is the main concern of the population.
But it should not be forgotten that nature's generosity is inexhaustible. You also need to protect your pets, birds, vegetation from dangers. The beauty of nature also means great responsibility. 12 state reserves, 4 national parks and 16 sanctuaries have been created in the territory of our republic for the protection of plant and animal world, with a total area of ​​more than 460 thousand hectares. In national parks, sanctuaries, the economic activity of people is much restricted, and such activities are usually prohibited in the conservation areas, and entry-exit is carried out with special permission. Therefore, in these areas there is every opportunity to enrich flora and fauna and restore the damage caused to nature.
The Gizilagac State Reserve, considered to be one of the largest nature protection zones in our country, was established in 1929 in the area where the Caspian Sea meets the Mughan Plain. Rocks and bogs in the ravine play a real natural shelter for the wintering of birds from Europe, Asia. About 10 million birds are wintered here annually. The Shirvan national park, created in the eastern part of Shirvan plain of our republic, is known mainly as a gazelle. There is a favorable geographical environment for generation of gazelles - the beautiful beauty of our favorite poet S.Vurgun, who has been lovingly depicted in the park. The Zagatala State Reserve, located on the southern slope of the Greater Caucasus, has flora and fauna. The territory of the reserve is covered with dense forests and meadows. There are deer, broth, mountain goat, roe, bear and various birds. Separate reserves in the territory of our Republic and national parks have been created for the purpose of protection of forests and forests. In the territory of the Basicay State Reserve, created in 1974, the planting trees of approximately 2-3 thousand years are naturally protected. Unfortunately, this reserve remained in the occupied territories of Armenians, and consequently suffered serious damage to it. In the Hirkan National Park, the rare trees of the world are protected from ironwood, chestnut oak, Azat, Lankaran acacia, Hirkan Shumshad and other precious trees and arms. Nature protection measures are being carried out in Goygol, Turanchay, Pirqulu, Garajazi State Reserves, Ordubad National Park, Gusar, Shirvan, Shamkir and Aggol Reserves, created in our country in different years, preserving some rare specimens of flora and fauna. Even though the measures taken to protect the vegetation and the animal kingdom are gratifying, they are very small compared to the damage caused to nature by human activity. Every year in the world, April 22 is celebrated as Earth Day. That day people are thinking about the surrounding world, air, water, land, plants and animals. But in moments of difficult times, we need to think about the nature of nature every day and every hour, not once a year.
