Today I would like to share Van Gogh Senses!
An elegant cafe with the theme of Van Gogh :)
I think everyone should try once at least, enjoy the environment, food and teaware with Van Gogh's artwork~
Also you will know more artwork of Van Gogh after your dining!

Van Gogh Senses is first restaurant in worldwide to provided sensory experience space for all 5 senses! The mother company got the authorization from Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam :)
Van Gogh Senses is located in 1881 Heritage at Tsim Sha Tsui, you will see the artwork of "self portrait" next to the main entrance. (the artwork cant see so well in the photo as it was raining at the day I visited)
There is a aromatherapy corner which use a lot of sunflowers to present the artwork "Sunflowers" as well :D

There is a reproduction of "Sunflowers" show at the prominent location of the shop! Also, a feature wall at the other side, you can see 2 different artwork at different angle! "The Harvest" and "Almond Blossom" 2 artworks can be found on the wall, it is really amazing to the designer's idea!

Then, start the sense of taste!We have made the reservation of tea set, so the only thing we need to select from the menu will be drinks! The tea set included coffee or tea, we chose to try their special flavor tea.

The water glasses also have his artwork on it! Mine was "Almond Blossom" and my friend's was "The Yellow House"




Let's take a look on the menu of Daubigny's Garden Tea Set

Sea Salt Butter Scone with Salty Egg Butter and Raspberry Bell Pepper Jam served first! The scone is so soft, delicious with warm feeling :) Salty egg butter taste good and not really heavy, Jam is fresh but not too sweet! The presentation is really elegant.



We ordered "Earl Grey Lavender" and "Sunflower Bouquet", they served those tea with a great teaware :) The sunflower tea is sweeten taste, with Honeybush, candied mango etc. It served with teaware with theme of "Sunflowers". Earl Grey one is citrus taste, with bergamot orange and blue lavender. It used teaware with theme in pink colour (sorry, i forgot the name of artwork).
The waitress also gave us a hourglass and reminded us those tea need 3-5mins to brew.

Here comes to Daubigny's Garden Tea Set!!!

Almost every table ordered this tea set, and everyone just focus on take photos for tea set~ Of course me too, enjoy the photo time and start our tea :)


The tea set have a really amazing presentation which totally raise our appetite! We started from savories to sweets, the most delicious one was Apple Salted Caramel Cake :D
Feel really happy after having the tea set, totally in a good mood after it!

今天我要分享Van Gogh Senses - 一家用梵高做主題的餐廳!
我認為大家有機會的一定要試一下, 享受一下那個環境, 食物還有用梵家作品的茶具!

Van Gogh Senses是全球第一家為5種感官提供體驗空間的餐廳! 母公司是獲得阿姆斯特丹梵高博物館的授權喔 :)
Van Gogh Senses位於尖沙咀1881 Hermitage, 你在主入口旁可以看到梵高的“自畫像”. (在我去的那天下雨了,所以照片中看得不是很好)
裡面有一個香薰角, 使用大量的向日葵來呈現藝術品“向日葵”:D

在商店的顯眼位置你可以看到“向日葵”的仿畫! 另外,在另一側的特色牆, 你可以在不同角度看到2個不同的作品! 分別是“The Harvest”和“Almond Blossom”, 設計師的想法真的很厲害!

然後, 我們就開始味覺之旅吧!
我們預訂了下午茶套餐, 所以我們唯一需要從菜單中選擇的就是飲料! 套餐包括咖啡或茶, 我們選擇嘗試他們的特別風味茶! 水杯上還有他的作品!我的是“Almond Blossom”, 我朋友的是“The Yellow House”
然後來看一下"杜比尼家的花園"下午茶的餐單吧! 餐單來源在這喔!

英式鬆餅配鹹蛋黃牛油和紅桑子甜椒果先上, 鬆餅十分柔軟, 美味和溫暖:) 鹹蛋黃牛油味道好而且不會很膩，果醬是新鮮也不太甜! 擺盤也十分優雅!

我們點了"Earl Grey Lavender" 跟 "Sunflower Bouquet"，他們為這些茶提供了很棒的茶具:) 向日葵茶是甜味, 有蜜汁, 蜜餞芒果等. 它配有以“向日葵”為主題的茶具. 伯爵茶是柑橘味, 佛手柑橙和藍薰衣草. 它使用粉紅色主題的茶具(抱歉, 我忘記了藝術品的名稱)
女服務員還給了我們一個沙漏, 並提醒我們這些茶需要泡3-5分鐘!

基本所有桌子的客人都點了這個下午茶, 然後所有人都一直在為整盤下午茶拍照!! 當然我們也不例外!
下午茶真的十分贊, 完全提高了我們的胃口! 我們從鹹味開始到甜食, 其中最美味的是蘋果鹽味焦糖蛋糕 :D 吃過後感覺真的很開心, 完全是心情愉快!
