YL Food Travel#7 Seafood & Dessert night
Last week we went to Sam Shing Estate at Tuen Mun for seafood dinner in order to celebrate our friend's birthday.
Sam Shing Estate, Sai Kung and Lei Yue Mun are famous for eating seafood in Hong Kong :)
- Select various seafood that you like at the seafood shop.
2. Take those seafood to the seafood restaurant
3. Choose the suitable cooking methods for seafood and wait....
4. Start your seafood meal :D
We bought clams, babylon shell, mantis shrimp, oyster, squid, crab and lobster!
Especially seafood need a suitable cooking method to bring out the taste!

Steamed Scallop with garlic and Chinese vermicelli (left photo)
Poached chicken with Scallion Oil (right photo)
Those are fresh and delicious, especially babylon shell with spicy wine sauce!
Then we drove back to Taiwai and had late night dessert :)
This is one famous dessert restaurant at Taiwai. Luckily we dont need to wait for seats since we arrived at ard 11pm. The dessert looks so delicious and 5 of us ordered 3 platter sets!
1. Matcha dessert platter (Matcha ice-cream, pancake, matcha lava cake, mochi etc)
I love this platter so so much as I am a Matcha lover :) The lava cake was not too sweet, ice-cream is a good match with pancake
2. Chocolate dessert platter (Chocolate waffle with chocolate ice-cream, chocolate waffle with chocolate lava cake)
Too devil when you are on diet...haha! Just amazing :D
3. Sweet Potato dessert platter (Tofu ice-cream, sweet potato lava cake, waffle, melon etc)
Suggest to eat the lava cake with tofu ice-cream. It is comparatively not attractive as previous 2.
上星期因為跟朋友慶祝生日, 所以就去了屯門的三聖邨吃海鮮!
三聖邨, 鯉魚門跟西貢這3個地方都是香港以吃海鮮而著名的!
1. 先在海鮮店挑選喜歡的海鮮
2. 拿已購買的海鮮到餐廳
3. 為你的海鮮選擇一個適合的煮法! 然後等..
4. 開始享受你的海鮮餐吧:D
我們買了蜆, 花螺, 瀨尿蝦, 桶蠔, 魷魚,蟹跟龍蝦!
記得喔...海鮮要對的煮法才能帶出它的味道!
我們吃了:
胡椒湯浸蜆
辣酒煮花螺
避風塘瀨尿蝦
豉油皇煎蠔
白灼魷魚
薑蔥炒蟹
蒜泥粉絲蒸扇貝
霸王雞
吃飽以後, 我們回到了大圍那邊吃甜品! 這家甜品在大圍非常有名...很幸運我們來的時候不用等位置! 甜品看起來很不錯, 我們5個人點了3個甜品拼盤!
1. 抹茶甜品拼盤 (抹茶冰淇淋, 熱香餅,抹茶心太軟, 糯米團子etc)
我是抹茶控, 所以十分喜歡這個拼盤 :) 那個心太軟不太甜, 冰淇淋配熱香餅好合適!!
2. 巧克力甜品拼盤 (巧克力冰淇淋配巧克力窩夫, 巧克力心太軟配窩夫)
在節食的時候吃這個的話太邪惡了! 太完美了 :D
3. 紫薯甜品拼盤 (豆腐冰淇淋, 紫薯心太軟, 窩夫跟哈蜜瓜etc)
心太軟跟豆腐冰淇淋一起吃的話不錯...但相比來說..沒有前兩個的吸引!
