GWWM: Be creative in mind and practical in action...( Mixed Content )
If you want your project to succeed, beside creativity and strength of ideas, you need to include a few other things such as planning, communication and 10 Principles of success.
I’ll list some crucial things that lead me to success.
For the project stability, you need to surround yourself with right people. When earning people’s trust it is relevant to know how to communicate and simply understand them.
It’s not a point to get out of conversation as a winner. People don’t like wise guys. The point is to feed your interlocutor's ego and only then, she or he will support your ideas.
True winners know that man’s hunger dears nervous. When man is nervous, he is absent minded and not willing to listen. His only thought is to assuage hunger that he feels. If you feed a man, he’ll be willing to listen and probably imbibe your ideas. Approve, listen and avoid arguing and making the point when talking to people.
Did you know that 90% of success depends on proper communication and people’s appreciation, and 95% of the employees discharges happened only because of poor communication?
Use the power of communication. Learn how to get support from others. This relation with people will enable the support from the people on who your whole project might depend on.
When you meet a person that could help you to realize your idea, try these:
Find out exactly what this person wants and
help her/him realize that.Be the best listener then your interlocutor will
declare you as the best speaker.Don’t pressure someone to help you. If you helped that person before, the chances are that the person will help you too (you have nothing to lose).People today long for approval of others. Approve of them and raise their self-esteem and self-confidence and they will accept your idea.Feed your interlocutor, when man is hungry, he is nervous, too. You can’t expect a person whose ego is longing for food to listen to you (if this person is nervous, moody, if he/she attacks you – just assuage his/her hunger and you’ll be the winner. Then the other side will accept your idea.Get rid of the people who are dragging you
down. Don’t prove self to others. It is enough to surround yourself with people who support you and have similar virtues and characteristics.
If you want to improve yourself and become
successful, constantly attend courses, read books and surround yourself with successful people.
Each person is made of habits, beliefs and way of thinking.
If you want to change and become successful,
then you need to change yourself (way of thinking, habits, and standpoints).
Heraclitus said “This world that is same for all wasn’t created by any God or any man. The world was, is and will be a fire alive forever that is turned off with measure and relegated with measure.”
This world was made by divine providence, Universal energy. There is only one creator. Everything reduces on spiritual Principle or the
Principle of cosmos.
No matter what answer you chose to believe, one thing is sure: “In the world where we are limited by time, you can only change yourself. If you manage to change yourself, this place could
be a heaven for you. World is what you choose to see. Thoughts form feelings. If we are able to control our thoughts then we are able to control our feelings as well.
YOU CHOOSE WHETHER YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL OR NOT
There are two days in a week that you shouldn’t pay attention at. One is yesterday and other one is tomorrow. Guilt signifies past – don’t blame yourself. Concern projects onto future – don’t’ worry about things that are going to happen.
Live in the present and enjoy each moment. Ask yourself, if there is something that you do for 5 years (1.825 days) or you repeat one day for 1.825 times.

to follow certain rules that led me to success.

Eso es cierto si queremos lograr tener éxito @tatjanastan debemos de rodearnos de persona exitosas y también ayuda mucho desacernos de esos objetos que no utilizamos y que llaman a la pobreza necesitamos comprar cosas nuevas. La comunicación es fundamental y sobre todo escuchar es un factor primordial para aprender a comunicarnos bien con las personas de las cuales necesitamos su apoyo. Saludos desde Venezuela

Hello friend @tatjanastan, I remember my days in college when we studied modern administration. They said in their book Koontz and O'Donnell that the bases from an operative perspective to be successful in the administration were based on the following principles: planning, organization, integration, management, leadership and control. After so many years of studying this theory, I think it is still valid. If we take into account these administrative principles, we have a secure future in some companies.
