Today's Coin Shop Visit yeilded a couple of Barber Half Dollar Coins for Junk Silver Price.
The Local Coin Shop sells Junk Silver, also know as Constitutional Silver, also known as pre-1965 Silver.
The price is typically a price times the Face Value. Today's price was 12 times Face Value, which is pretty good.
I picked up a Five Face Dollars of Half Dollars. The kind shopkeeper gave me several 1964 Kennedy Half Dollars, but I got these two Barber Half Dollars in the group.

According to PCGS Coin Prices, a 1914-S Barber half in F4 (the lowest condition) is worth $27 and the 1915-S is worth $22. As your coins are in better shape than F4, you made an excellent deal.
