After five minutes of chaos, Commander Galligan called off the ‘Man-over-board’ alarm. Boy- Isewoof was now just a speck in the water, a quarter mile out and swimming hard for the point.

Seaman- Gunsmith Ilipino looked down at the odd sight and picked up the doll. He eyed it curiously before stuffing it in his pocket and heading down to the galley. On the stairs, he met-up with Junior Petty Officer- Sailmaker's Mate Errislravenhill…

“Guid day mucker, Ahh heard ye almost got strangled thes morn?!" She asked with concern.

“Nae quite 'att bad. But th' loon was radge!" Ilipino replied.
“Sad aboot heem jumpin' th' rail...Ahh hiner he makes it!"
“Aye, took us aw’ by surprise! Puir bloke…he was possessed I tell ye!”
“Weel, if he isnae shark bait in th' next hoor, he might make th' point. I dornt think wee's seen th' last o' th' boy..." Errislravenhill said optimistically.

As the two entered the galley for their mid-morning coffee and plain, two cabin boys followed them into line. Ilipino reached in his pocket to pull out a few coppers…

“Ahh think Ahh'll splurge an' git two plains taday!" He said as he pulled the coppers out of his pocket.

Coming out of the pocket with the wad of coins, the doll fell on the floor behind him…

“Weel th' second one will cost ye six coppers..." Errislravenhill reminded.
“Ahh knows it. All ‘att wrestlin’ has got mah appetite up!”

Grabbing their trays, they made their way through the line and met up with Seamen- Carpenter's Crew Tokjockey and Andofzara as they filled their mugs. Suddenly, one of the cabin boys behind them looked down and spotted the doll…

He unconsciously obeyed the small voice and scooped up the doll and put it in his pocket as he moved on.

[Victoria, Seychelles…]

The big war Dhow sailed silently into the northern bay of Victoria in front of the palace. A report of a musket fire echoed off the harbor banks. The Palace guards were signaling the arrival of an unplanned visit…

Holding his scope on the front palace gates, Captain Husam eyed the guards carefully…

“What a bunch of camel humps!” He said in disdain, “Just like their King, they never know what they are doing!”
“Shall I ready the longboat Sir?” His First Mate asked.
“Aye, and bring me six strong men with muskets!”
“Aye Sir! Will you also be going ashore Sir?”
“I will.”
“Very well!”

In twenty minutes the men were pulling the longboat up on the shore of the palace lawn. Husam stepped off the boat and onto dry ground, followed by the rest of the crew.

It didn’t take long before the Chief palace guard came out and intercepted them on the lawn with five other soldiers.

“What is the meaning of this intrusion?! You didn’t request permission to come ashore!” The Chief guard yelled as he approached waving his arms.

The pistol bullet smashed open the skull of the Chief guard and he fell dead upon the lawn! Tossing the spent pistol aside, Husam then pulled out his sword and pointed it at the soldiers as his men raised their muskets to fire!

“Next man that opens his mouth is dead!” Husam said in a steely voice, “Drop your weapons!”

The young soldiers did as he said and stood motionless in front of him.

“Now take us to the King in orderly fashion, show the rest of the palace guards that we are welcome guests!”
