Let's have a look at Condominium (CDM)

It is a very young coin, not even on marketcap for 2 weeks yet. But it looks to growing with traction and the community behind it growing. Let's make no bones about it, we are investing in this coin purely to reap the rewards of the huge ROI they are paying out to masternode owners. The coin is currently trading around 1 cent and can be bought from 2 exchanges. The coin itself looks pretty standard, they have ideas and a big bucket list. Same as every other crypto out there to be honest. So, they are an idea at present. All we want is for it to last a year are so to rape them good and proper of some precious BTC. Lets have a look at the masternode payout table

We are now on block 97993 with a new one being mined every minute. Using the screenshot above we can see that the payout is currently 4000 CDM per masternode of 50,000. If you look at the collateral on the right hand side you can see that the amount of CDM you must own increases. When block 150,000 is mined, the amount for a masternode will increase to 100,000 CDM. This is abit of a downer, they increase the payout for each master by 25% but you need twice as many to run a masternode.

With a block per minute which is 1440 blocks per day, we will hit block 150,000 in around 35 days giving us lots of time. I would plan to hold this coin until they hit block number 500,000 when the rewards drop like stone and get it outta there to run to the mountains which a stash of BTC. Maybe even block 450,000 before the herd start selling. Block 500,000 will come in around 280 days.

Master Plan

1/ Host our own masternode
2/ Move daily profits into StakingLabs shared node's until we build 50,000 to be prepared for when the masternode collateral increases to 100,000
3/ Convert the rest in BTC/STEEM and hodl
4/ Rise and repeat every level until block number 500,000
5/ Cash out and decide what to do by community vote.

As you can see from my idea, this is not a long term hodl coin, its grab what you can while you can and get the hell out. Our end goal would be to have a nice whack of BTC to split up between members that take put. With insane daily payouts of around 1600 CDM per day we would be mad not to take advantage. I started with this after @willsparks88 was telling me about it. I bought into a shared node for 10,200 6 days ago and already have over 13,000. It could go bust tomorrow are it could run its course, let us throw caution to the wind and take a gamble.
