Last day off work and it's not been great so far, had a few problems this morning with things i thought would be ABC jobs but not happening because ''nothings easy''. I found the time to sneak off into the shed for 20 minutes and made a video talking about the raffle we had on Saturday just past and the steemsilvergold crypto buy happening in a few days.

I like your idea of a monthly raffle with entries being awarded to folks who put in a 100% upvote to the bot. It is optional but also equal opportunity. ☺️

I think that just a yearly Monster Raffle would be good enough, one big event to coincide with the Steem rounds being minted or shipping out or something.
Also, your idea about some monthly incentives for members for voting 100% on Precious is a good one.
