Hiya Friends. Today was another successful day of plundering with Leon. He was busy this morning reading up on the crypto bloodbath when i asked him if he wanted to get to stacking. Well of course he wanted to go! Just had to jump into his assassin suit!

We headed out, dropped Charlie at Kindy, and then grabbed espressos @Joes on Commecial dr. — which conveniently has a bitcoin ATM! My budding crypto analyst advised a wee purchase would probably be a good play. So we stuffed a cad hunski into the slot machine that always pays out and picked up a lil over 1/2 a litecoin.

If anyone wants to put a big smile on my face please send some photons (millionths of ltc) my way — i adore small numbers!!!

Then we hit up VBCE and Leon made the call! We walked with 8 incused Maples for just about $200cad — finally some i can keep!!! I think my first 7 or 8 have been given out 🙏

Back at the stack-shack i whipped ‘em out for posterity and photogged ‘em with a piece of art i adore.

It’s called “Evening Glow” by Michael Tickner and certainly evokes the hue and the spirit of Howe Sound. I’ve shown it once before in my blog, but that was a long time ago, and i figured: if i liked looking at it again and again, then maybe others will too. Besides, this time there’s silver! Here’s the two MT pieces i have. They are small, but very enjoyable. The first one (above) is 5 x 7 and the second (Room at the Dock) is 4 x 6 — both of them have supplied much joy and tranquility throughout the years that i have owned them.

I have had some trouble with making this purchase. First my Visa wouldn’t work because i live in a PObox, and then weeks later i tried to pay with my Jaxx wallet on my iPhone and it wouldn’t sync. This was frustrating, and i was at first a bit pissed off tbh, but Menē cust service was actually really good and helped me work through what was seemingly a maze. What can i say, they’re good! Finally, i used my burner Android and the workhorse Mycellium wallet — and...
